Amy is highly knowledgeable and passionate about wine and teaching! She made what is actually a scientific and complex process, relatable, practical and easy to understand. As your wine guide, she shares helpful information about different types of wine, the nuances between old world and new world wine, and what pairings work best. I left the event empowered to now select a wine I will actually like and an understanding of how the food I am pairing with it may affect the taste. Amy always arrives at each event well-prepared and with a smile. Above all, Amy always demonstrates a strong enthusiasm for her work. What a wonderful time!
