As your wine guide, she shares helpful information about different types of wine, the nuances between old world and new world wine, and what pairings work best. I left the event empowered to now select a wine I will actually like and an understanding of how the food I am pairing with it may affect the taste. Amy always arrives at each event well-prepared and with a smile. Above all, Amy always demonstrates a strong enthusiasm for her work. What a wonderful time!
